Service Description
Premium Cars EU is a premium European car brokerage platform that connects buyers and sellers of premium vehicles. We act as a broker and intermediary — we do not own the vehicles listed on our platform. Our services include vehicle search, inquiry management, reservation coordination, and the Premium Cars EU Off Market membership programme.
User Obligations
By using Premium Cars EU, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information in all forms and communications. You must not use our platform for fraudulent purposes, to submit false inquiries, or to misrepresent your identity or intentions. Misuse of the platform may result in immediate account suspension.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@premiumcarseu.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Premium Cars EU cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account use.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Premium Cars EU platform — including vehicle descriptions, photography, software, and design — is the property of Premium Cars EU or its licensors and is protected by EU intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Premium Cars EU acts solely as a broker and intermediary. We make no warranty regarding the condition, title, or fitness for purpose of any vehicle. To the maximum extent permitted by Slovak and EU law, Premium Cars EU's total liability for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and, where applicable, European Union law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bratislava, Slovakia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
Changes to Terms
Premium Cars EU reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026.
